All our cakes are baked using pure ingredients such as butter, fresh eggs, couverture chocolate and 100% cocoa powder.

 

Cake:

Vanilla Sponge - Light buttery sponge baked with real vanilla beans.

Chocolate Cake - Delightfully moist chocolate cake. A true classic!

Marble Cake - Light vanilla cake with playful swirls of chocolate

Dark Chocolate Mud Cake - Rich decadent mud cake made with real dark chocolate.

White Chocolate Mud Cake - Heavenly dense mud cake made with real white chocolate. Perfect for those with a sweet tooth.

Lemon Cake - Tangy cake bursting with refreshing lemon flavour.

Fruitcake - Traditional dense dark fruitcake made with brandy-soaked dried fruits. Once baked, the cake is generously brushed with extra brandy to keep it moist and enhance its flavour.
